Annelise came up with this haunting little song about the wrong kind of love, and then we amped it up a little bit and turned it into something a little different. Rene liked the original creepy sounding demo so much that he had to add it into the final song as an intro of sorts.
lyrics
You're the one they're looking for.
They said watch out for what you have in store,
but you make me feel at ease.
The panic that you ensue
The birds take flight, all life vacates you
I guess i missed the fatal signs
I fell in love with an evil man
I fell in love with an evil man
I'll do all that i can to keep you,
my evil man.
All your evil feels so good
Doesn't hurt the way i know it should
Does this make me wicked too?
No one knows if the devil may care
I know he does cause i'm standing there
Next to him with my head held high
I fell in love with an evil man
I fell in love with an evil man
I'll do all that i can
To keep you my evil man
I don't know what it is you see in me
Trying to fill some epic destiny
If i'm a pawn in the vicious game
I know goods here cause loves to blame
I fell in love with an evil man
I fell in love with an evil man
I'll do all that i can
To keep you my evil man.
